Broncos (and whole NFL) schedule released:
The Broncos have, unsurprisingly, a tougher schedule next year than last year. It has 9 away games and 7 home games, with some particularly tough games to start and end the season. As noted below, Rick Lewis will join us to discuss.

Other Stuff
There is some absolute insanity going on related to Victor Marx and some of his critics. You won't believe the stories I can share. I will say that this stuff will briefly make Victor look like a victim, which he probably likes politically, but it's a very serious situation apparently and not one for taking lightly.

This will be very interesting when there is a full ruling. Short question: Can a state bar the importation into the state of a product (abortion pill) that is safe and federally legal but which is used for a purpose that the state has passed a law against?

I think it's reprehensible that the state is going to try him again. The odds of being able to convict are quite low and their misconduct the first time around seems apparent. But at least Rich Glossip isn't dead, which itself is a miracle. Quick clarification on something I said yesterday. Pete Ricketts, the Republican candidate for Senate in Nebraska was appointed to the seat when Ben Sasse left to run the University of Florida. Now Ricketts is trying to win the seat in an election. The guy who will be his opponent, Dan Osborn, a former union leader running as an independent but who will have the support of Democrats because the Dem nominee will drop out and endorse him, lost to Deb Fisher, the other GOP Senator in Nebraska by about 7 points two years ago. That was close enough for the Dems to consider him their best chance to win this year and, with Trump’s popularity as low as it is, he could pull it off though betting odds still have Ricketts as a modest favorite.

This is a remarkable development. I guess the trade could be: If Cuba ends its dictatorship, has truly free and fair elections and perhaps adopts a good constitution, the US will allow the resumption of oil deliveries and will not try to capture Raul Castro (much as we captured Nicolas Maduro).
