We'll discuss their lawsuit against Jefferson County Schools emanating from a well-known story about the district not informing parents that on overnight field trips they were assigning kids' sleeping arrangements based on "gender identity". There was a situation where a girl was in the same bed with a biological boy (who "identifies as" a girl.) And the district refuses to give parents enough information to make decisions about their children's participation in these trips.
