Weds Blogcast: Leland Vittert: GOP who say they like Nazis; Mental Health

Just One Thing: Thank you for being my point

Dr Robin Miller is a board-certified internal medicine doc and author of multiple books including Heal Now: Time to Un-sick Yourself with the 21st Century Guide to Wellness.

She has thoughts on a lot of things but as we drift into the holiday season we're going to talk a bit about mental health and why being able to have open conversations about it gets more important at this time of year and especially for older adults. We'll also talk about GeneSight testing and how those results can help with these issues.

Leland Vittert is the host of "On Balance" on News Nation which airs weeknights at 7 PM MT and again at 10 PM MT. His daily "War Notes" newsletter is a must-read (and it's free). And his new book, Born Lucky, is truly remarkable. And the timing is also "lucky" with autism being a big part of a national conversation about health right now.
