Allie Beth Stuckey at peak bigotry
There was much of this on the Christian right yesterday (see tweet below). It's sickening.
Obviously, there is no harm that compares to the harm to the victims and their families. After that, and yes it's a long way after, you know who I feel for? Transgender people. Because people like Allie Beth Stuckey exist to create hatred and put trans folks, almost all of whom don't want controversy or to do anything other than to live their lives, at serious risk.

I’m pulling no punches in this brief note: I’ve said since the onset of the Trump administration that his very worst cabinet secretary is RFK Jr. This guy has been a liar and grifter, as anti-science as one can imagine, all while pretending to be a purveyor of truth and rationality, for decades.
He was anti-vax since before COVID and remains so today.
I don’t mind that he’s bringing attention to what’s in the American food supply but that doesn’t come close to make up for the harm he’s causing with his lies.

And yesterday he fired (or did he?) the director of the CDC, following which several senior CDC staff resigned.
