We'll discuss a ridiculous lawsuit that the Colorado Supreme Court has a chance to end once and for all. I note that we have a terrible State Supreme Court that gets a LOT of things wrong.

Mike Hulme is a professor in the geography department at Cambridge University in England and a highly respected voice in climate science. He wrote an interesting piece recently regarding his misunderstanding how much politics would interfere with policy and law changes aimed at limiting climate change. I'm grateful for that admission but I wonder if he's also had second thoughts about whether climate change is as much of a threat as he seems to have believe

Mark Mix is president of the National Right to Work Committee. We'll talk about the person who could be Donald Trump's worst cabinet nominee. No, it's not RFK (who could also be the worst). It's Republican former Congresswoman Lori Chavez-DeRemer who for some reason loves (and gets donations from) "big labor". Here's what Mark says:
Chavez-DeRemer voted in favor of the so-called “PRO Act,” a union boss wish list backed by every Democrat that will give union bosses unprecedented power over both workers and the economy. Chavez-DeRemer supports:
- Wiping out all 26 Right to Work states across the country, exposing millions more workers to the threat of being fired for not paying union dues;
- Banning independent contractor arrangements that workers across the country rely on to make a livelihood on their own terms;
- Forcing down biased forced-dues union contracts on both workers and businesses through compulsory “first contract” arbitration;
Giving union bosses near-unilateral control to gain monopoly bargaining power in workplaces by ignoring secret ballot union elections in favor of unsecure “card check” drives.

Other Stuff
On the one hand this is a stupid thing for fhe federal government to be involved with. On the other hand, Biden got the federal government involved and Trump is, again, undoing a Biden action. And, maybe more importantly, Trump statements about the evil of paper straws are right. (Well, I don't know about the chemical stuff, but the rest...) They are a blight and a curse on the nation, the worst incarnation of wokeness in how we eat: Donald Trump sides with plastic over paper in the straw wars

One of the only laws regarding firearms that I support. And Dems killed this bill last year because they hate guns more than they dislike criminals.
