The Biden administration is proposing a massive reduction in the maximum nicotine level allowed in most smoked tobacco. It will be up to the Trump administration to put the rule in place...or not.

The reference to the Babel Fish is unbeatable. I think it's fascinating that prior translating systems turned spoken language into text and then turned the text into the other language but the new system skips that intermediate step.
