Professor of Law Ilya Somin Thinks CO Courts Got it Right

Ilya Somin is a professor of law at George Mason University and a scholar at the Cato Institute, and his writings have been cited in decisions by the United States Supreme Court, multiple state supreme courts and lower federal courts, and the Supreme Court of Israel. He was actually a law school professor of Wednesday's guest, Josh Blackman. Josh believes that the Colorado State Supreme Court got it wrong; Ilya thinks they got it right. I thought it would be a fun follow-up interview for folks to hear the viewpoint of someone whose legal mind I greatly respect...but whom I disagree with on this case.
