Mario Nicolais Talks Lawsuit Aiming to Keep Trump Off CO Ballot

Mario Nicolais is the lead attorney on a new lawsuit filed by multiple plaintiffs including my friend and occasional fill-in host Krista Kafer that aims to force Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold to keep Donald Trump off Colorado primary and general election ballots.

Although I am anti-Trump at this point (even though I voted for him in 2020), I am against this lawsuit for reasons similar to those laid out by the WSJ Editorial Board, esp in the 2nd WSJ link just below.
