Attorney Igor Raykin, the scourge of educational civil rights violators, returns to the show to tell us about a court victory that initially I didn't like but now I think I do in part. Here's the news story about how Igor beat the Douglas County Board of Health...and may be on the path toward invalidating the existence of the organization itself.
