Dr Ron Frenkel helps people get certified for access to medical marijuana in Colorado. He joins the show to tell us how new legislation has made the task almost impossible. By the way, my angle on this is not that I have any personal interest in access to pot, which I've never tried in any form, but rather just how ridiculous government can be when Democrats and Republicans alike think that some particular industry needs regulation, or at least that they think the public wants to see a show of it.
