Let me be a little more specific: I think Trump could get a vote or two regarding birthright citizenship to children born to women in the country illegally and whose fathers are not US citizens or legal permanent residents. I don't think he'll get any votes regarding children born to women who were in the US legally but temporarily (with the same provision about the fathers.)
