If gas prices go up, it's on him. But I truly think he's waiting to see how close to election he can decide, because higher priced gas will force poor people into mass transit, which is what he wants.

So out of 726 people contacted, 13 people took services, they gave drug paraphernalia to 18 of them, 20 of them were referred to case managers (which we have no way of knowing if anyone followed through), and 18 were added to waitlists. Is this success? I would say a big fat no. This is embarrassing.

CNN IS TRYING TO MOVE TO THE MIDDLE And let me say I hope they are successful. I've been watching a lot of News Nation these days even though they just hired Chris Cuomo who I think is a creep.
