Here's what I sent him: "As much as want the Dept of Education abolished, I do have some sympathy with the SCOTUS dissenters who say that it requires an act of Congress and that by firing everybody and preventing the dept from doing whatever its “job” is, that’s just an end-around the requirement for Congress to do the abolishing.
