Walker Leads Buffs To Road Win Over Oregon St., 90-64

The records showed the Colorado Buffaloes were the better basketball team.

The result did as well.

CU went into Corvallis and beat down the Oregon St. Beavers, 90-64.

Buffs sophomore Jabari Walker continued his good play of late. He earned his fourth straight double-double and 13th overall this year. He tied his career-high with 24 points and added a career-best 15 rebounds. Walker was 6-12 from the field and made all 10 of his free throw attempts.

Colorado got off to a good start and had a 44-32 lead at halftime.

The Buffs shot 50% from the field (31-62) and outrebounded the Beavers 45-25, 13-5 on the offensive glass.

Walker was one of five Buffs in double figures. Tristan da Silva had 15 points while Nique Clifford and Luke O'Brien each scored 14.

CU has won three straight games, scoring 80 more points in each of them, and is 16-9, 8-7 in the Pac-12. Oregon St. is now 3-20, 1-12.
