Jazz Pulls Away From Nuggets In 4th Quarter, 125-102

For three quarters, it was a game.

Then the Utah Jazz turned on the jets and ran past the Denver Nuggets, 125-102.

Trailing 91-88, through three quarters, the Nuggets offense completely dried up in the fourth quarter. The Jazz outscored them 34-14 in the final 12 minutes. From the last part of the third quarter to the early stages of the fourth quarter, the Jazz went on a 21-4 run.

The Nuggets were playing their third game in four nights and shot only 44.2% (42-95) from the field and 25.6% (11-43) from three-point range.

There was a big discrepancy at the free throw line. The Jazz was 22-of-29 while the Nuggets made 7-of-8.

Nuggets center Nikola Jokic recorded his ninth triple-double of the season, finishing with 25 points, 15 rebounds and 14 assists.Forward Aaron Gordon had 20 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
