The Colorado women's basketball team did it again.
The Buffs beat UCLA, 71-63, and in the process got to 13-0 this year.
CU is the only undefeated Division I women's basketball team in the country.
Staying unbeaten did not come easy for the Buffs, who trailed 12-10 after one quarter before taking a 28-25 lead at halftime.
The game stayed tight through three quarters with the Buffs holding a 47-41 lead.
Then things really got interesting. The Buffs and Bruins combined for 46 points in the fourth quarter.
Jaylyn Sherrod's basket gave the Buffs a 56-48 lead with 4:30 to go. After a pair of UCLA layups cut the CU lead to four points, the Buffs 12-7 gave them a 68-59 lead with 35 seconds remaining.
Sherrod poured in a career-high 25 points and dished out eight assists. Frida Formann scored 14 points and made 3-of-7 three-pointers.
CU takes its 2-0 Pac-12 conference record up against #2 Stanford.
