The Colorado Buffaloes women's basketball team returned from a 10-day break with a 78-55 win over Southern Methodist on Friday night at the CU Events Center.
The win moves the Buffs to 10-0. SMU is now 4-6.
Colorado got off to a fast start and led 21-10 after one quarter and 41-19 at halftime.
Quay Miller was the Buffs top scorer with 20 points, hitting 8-of-9 shots from the field, including both her three-point attempts. Mya Hollingshed had 19 points and seven rebounds.
Colorado hosts San Francisco on Monday, December 20 at 1 p.m. MST.
