Rookie Bones Hyland stayed hot with 18 points in 23 minutes off the bench. Hyland was 5-9 from the field and hit four three-pointers in eight attempts.
The Nuggets jumped out to a 33-18 lead after one quarter. They closed with a big fourth quarter, outscoring the Tail Blazers 33-16 over the final 12 minutes.
After sweeping their five-game homestand, the Nuggets play at Dallas on Monday, November 15.
