Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon has been hot of late.
Blackmon went 8-20 with a home run, three RBIs and four runs scored in the Rockies recent five-game homestand. His walk-off home run in the 10th inning on Sunday, July 18 was the difference in a 6-5 win over the Dodgers.
Charlie has continued his hot-hitting on this road trip to southern California. Through Thursday, July 29, Blackmon is 9-23 with a home run, three doubles and four RBIs.
His home run in the 10th inning in the series opener against the Dodgers in Los Angeles on Friday, July 23 gave the Rockies some breathing room in a 9-6 win.
