The Denver Nuggets are moving on.
And they're doing so after an impressive finish in a 126-115 win over the Portland Trail Blazers in game six of their First Round NBA Playoff series in Portland.
The Nuggets win the series four games to two.
Down 93-79 after Portland's C.J. McCollum hit a 17-foot jumper with 4:53 left in the third quarter, the Nuggets closed the game on 47-22 run, which included outscoring the Trail Blazers 28-14 in the fourth quarter.
Aaron Gordon's three-pointer with 52.7 seconds left gave the Nuggets a 124-115 lead and sealed the game.
Center Nikola Jokic finished with 36 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Michael Porter Jr. had 26 points, five rebounds and four assists and was 6-12 from three-point range.
The Nuggets will play the winner of the Phoenix Suns-Los Angeles Lakers series in the Western Conference Semifinals.
