It looked like the Denver Broncos might close out a challenging season with an encouraging win.
But in the end, the Broncos were left with a final frustrating loss, falling to the Las Vegas Raiders, 32-31.
Waller's two-point catch came after a one-yard touchdown run by Josh Jacobs and capped a seven-play, 77-yard drive.
That drive came after the Broncos took a 31-24 lead on Drew Lock's 92-yard touchdown pass to Jerry Jeudy, who finished with five catches for 140 yards.
Lock threw two scoring passes, the other to Troy Fumagalli late in the first quarter. Lock completed 25-of-41 passes for 339 yards.
The Broncos defense forced four turnovers. Cornerback Michael Ojemudia forced two fumbles while safties Justin Simmons and Kareem Jackson each had an interception.
The Broncos close out the season with a 5-11 record. They will pick ninth in the NFL Draft next spring.
