The Colorado Rockies will be well represented at the Major League Baseball All-Star game at Progressive Field in Cleveland on Tuesday, July 9.
Sunday, Rockies outfielders Charlie Blackmon and David Dahl and shortstop Trevor Story were named to the team as reserves. They join Nolan Arenado, who found out earlier in the week that fans voted him as the starting third baseman for the National League.
Blackmon will be an All-Star for the fourth time. He is hitting .337 with 20 home runs and 56 RBIs.
Story makes his second All-Star team. Despite missing the last ten days, he still has 17 home runs and 48 RBIs to go along with a .294 average.
Dahl will be an All-Star for the first time. He hit his 12th home run of the season on Sunday and has driven in 51 runs. He is hitting .317.
