The Colorado Rockies' offense showed how powerful it can be in Tuesday's 10-8 win over the New York Mets at Coors Field.
The Rockies put six runs on the scoreboard in the third inning alone, with Nolan Arenado, Trevor Story and Ian Desmond hitting back-to-back-to-back home runs in a game. It's the eighth time in franchise history the Rockies have hit three straight home runs and the first time since May 27, 2010 vs. Arizona (Seth Smith, Carlos González and Ryan Spilborghs).
German Marquez allowed four runs in the six innings as the Rockies snapped an eight-game losing streak at Coors Field.
