Health Department Warns People at DIA May Have been Exposed to Measles

The Tri-County Health Department says three children visiting Colorado are hospitalized at Children's Hospital Colorado after testing positive for measles. They are all unvaccinated and recently traveled to a country with an ongoing measles outbreak. The health department says people who visited Denver International Airport on Wednesday, December 11th may have been exposed. They say the children may have exposed people on Concourse A, the train to the baggage claim, the West baggage claim and the West level 4 passenger pick-up area. The children were there from 1:15 pm until 5:45 pm. The children may also have exposed people at the Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz Campus Emergency Department on Thursday December 12th from 1:00 pm until 7:30 pm. Anyone who visited these locations at these times should monitor themselves or their children for symptoms of measles.
