Broncos fall to the Ravens 41-10. Below is the recap and postgame interviews:

Baltimore won the toss and elected to defer.

Bo Nix and the Broncos offense started the game with the ball from their own 30 yard line. After a 1 yard gain by Jaleel McLaughlin, Bo Nix targeted Lil'Jordan Humphrey who tipped the ball up in the air and Marcus Williams came down with the first turnover of the game, an interception, setting up the Ravens at the Broncos 36 yard line.

So, early on the Broncos offense needed the defense to bail them out and on 3rd and 4, John Franklin-Meyers comes up with a huge sack to back Baltimore out of Field Goal range. The Ravens punt was downed at the 2 yard line with 12:12 remaining in the 1st quarter.

Broncos were able to get out of the shadow of their own end zone with a couple of good runs by Javonte Williams and catches by Devaughn Vele and Adam Trautman. Bo Nix had a great timing route completion to Courtland Sutton for a 26 yard gain. Broncos got into Ravens territory but on 4th and 1, Javonte initially appeared to have the 1st down but after a challenge by John Harbaugh, Baltimore got the ball back at their own 44 yard line with 6:21 remaining in the 1st quarter.

The Ravens offense went back to work after the shift in momentum and made the Broncos pay. After a 31 yard completion to a wide open Nelson Agholor, a couple plays later, Derrick Henry punched it in from 7 yards out to give Baltimore an early lead 7-0 with 2:18 remaining in the 1st quarter.

Broncos offense started their 3rd drive of the game from their own 23 yard line after a Tremon Smith return. Once again, the Broncos offense effectively moved the ball into Baltimore territory after Bo Nix found Javonte Williams over the middle for a 34 yard gain but on 4th down, Bo Nix missed an open Troy Franklin down the left sideline which would've been a touchdown and the Broncos turned it over on downs.

On the first play of the next drive, Lamar Jackson found a wide open Zay Flowers for a huge gain over the middle and Baltimore was immediately in Broncos territory. Nik Bonitto tackled Lamar Jackson for a loss and effectively stalled the Baltimore drive. Justin Tucker converted a 33 yard field goal to extend the Ravens lead 10-0 with 12:04 remaining in the 2nd quarter.

Now in a 2 score hole, the Broncos offense was desperate for a score to get back into the game and Bo Nix executed a brilliant drive all the way down to the 1 yard line after a pass interference call set up Denver in a goal to go situation. Once again, the Broncos had to go for it on 4th down and Denver ran a trick play where Courtland Sutton threw it to Bo Nix for the Broncos first score of the game, cutting into the Ravens lead 10-7 with 7:15 remaining in the 1st half.

Baltimore's offense responded immediately with a 7 play drive capped off by a 7 yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers in the back of the end zone. Broncos down 2 scores again, 17-7, with 3:47 remaining in the 1st half.

The Broncos offense showing a lot of fight, moved quickly into Baltimore territory with a big 33 yard completion to Courtland Sutton on 3rd and 10. Bo Nix added a 12 yard scramble to get the Broncos into the Red Zone. Bo Nix's scramble touchdown was wiped off the board by a Garett Bolles hold and that ultimately stalled the drive. Broncos settle for a 37 yard field goal, Ravens lead 17-10 with 54 seconds remaining in the 1st half.

The Denver defense hoped to keep the Ravens off the board in the final minute of the 1st half but Zay Flowers took a Lamar Jackson pass over the middle to the house for 53 yards, extending the Baltimore lead 24-10.

The Ravens offense started the 2nd half with the ball and methodically moved the ball back into Denver territory on the ground with Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. A tripping penalty against the Broncos gave the Ravens a goal to go situation and Derrick Henry got his 2nd touchdown from 6 yards out, extending the Ravens lead 31-10 with 9:36 remaining in the 3rd quarter.

With the game seemingly slipping out of hand, the Broncos offense went to work from their own 30 yard line for their 1st opportunity of the 2nd half. Unfortunately, on 3rd down, Bo Nix was sacked and the Broncos would have their 1st 3 and out of the game. Denver punted it back to Baltimore who would start from their own 21 yard line with 7:32 remaining in the 3rd quarter.

On the 1st play of their next drive, Lamar Jackson set up the screen to Derrick Henry for a 28 yard gain and the Ravens were quickly at midfield. Baltimore imposed their will with the running game and quick pass game, working all the way down to the Denver 3 yard line. Lamar Jackson rolled out and found FB Patrick Ricard for a touchdown to extend the lead 38-10 with 1:21 remaining in the 3rd quarter.

Broncos offense went 3 and out very quickly as the 3rd quarter started to wind down and Baltimore got the ball back at the Broncos 40 yard line after a good 21 yard return. Broncos finished the 3rd quarter with -2 yards of offense.

Ravens added a 37 yard field goal to extend the lead 41-10 with 12:49 remaining in the game.

Bo Nix and the Broncos put together a very strong drive all the way down to the Baltimore 1 yard line but Nix was sacked on 3rd down and the 4th down pass fell incomplete. Denver turned the ball over on downs with 8:09 remaining in the 4th quarter.

Broncos would put together another deep drive but came up short at the 1 yard line on a 4th down pass to Courtland Sutton. Broncos fall to the Ravens 41-10.

Our next broadcast will be on Sunday, November 10th as the Broncos travel to Kansas City to face the Chiefs. Coverage starts at 7am MTN.
