Denver is known for its electronic dance music scene and it will be on full display at this year's Global Dance Festival but in a new location.
The EDM festival will take over the National Western Complex in both outdoor and indoor spaces July 26th and 27th. It will include musical headliners like The Chainsmokers, Duke Dumont, FISHER, Gryffin, and Kaytranada. There will also be food trucks, art installations, and other various performers.
The Global Dance Festival has been part of Colorado's EDM scene since the early 2000s and called a number of different venues its home from Red Rocks to Empower Field at Mile High. Now, a revamped event will be at the National Western Complex. The festival will be open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. each day.
