Affordable Apartments in Green Valley Ranch

The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch has 216 mixed-income units and more than half of those are permanently affordable.

"There's not enough affordable units that we can probably bring at this point to the Denver metro area as a whole or the whole state of Colorado that will satisfy the need for affordable housing, there's always going to be a demand for more. But, with this community we were able to deliver 144 income-restricted units, which is a lot in one swing and its something we're really proud of," said Ryan Zent, Vice President of Overland Property Group.

In addition to the affordability, Zent said people can enjoy the variety of amenities such as the clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, theatre room, business center, and the proximity to the A Line commuter train.
