The drive into work on Monday was a slow go. Conditions were nasty enough for CDOT to recommend people leave later for work. Many school district had delayed starts and government offices has late openings. Delays and cancellations at DIA were minimal.
This may all be nothing but an easy trial run for what is coming. Another cold, snowy storm is due to kick in Tuesday afternoon and go into Wednesday morning. Some weather models show Denver getting an accumulation of eight inches to a foot of snow.
