Broncos starting quarterback Joe Flacco is being ruled out this week with a neck injury. Head Coach Vic Fangio says it's a disk issue that doesn't require surgery.
Back-up Brandon Allen will start for the Broncos as they host the Cleveland Browns at Empower Field at Mile High this Sunday.
Following Sunday's game, the Broncos have a bye week. If Flacco can't go then, Fangio says rookie Drew Locke might be considered as a starter.
