21 year old Jose Hilario Soto has been sentenced to three years in prison for sexually assaulting two students at Otomi Martial Arts in Parker. He was a teacher at the studio when the crime was reported May 30, 2017. He pleaded guilty in October to one count of attempted sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and one county sexual exploitation of a child. Other charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
