Uber Driver Pleads Not Guilty to Murder

Uber driver Michael Hancock, Jr (no relation to mayor Hancock) has pleaded not guilty in the murder of  passenger Hyun Kim.  The plea entered on Friday in a Denver courtroom. An autopsy showed that Kim was drunk and had been shot six times.

Hancock has been charged with first degree murder and will now go trial in April.  The shooting took place on the morning  of June 1st. The two men had been involved in an altercation inside of Hancock's vehicle.

Hancock's family says he acted in self-defense.
