Colorado Congressman Mike Coffman is criticizing President Trump's position on the ability to end birthright citizenship through executive action. Trump said recently he could follow through on stopping the practice of granting citizenship to babies born in the U.S. to mothers who are not citizens. Coffman says America has a Constitution and the President should take heed and follow it. The Republican lawmaker was referring to the 14th Amendment which outlines citizenship for those born in the U.S.
