Denver Rents Steady In September

The cost of renting in the Denver area is holding steady for the month of September.  The latest numbers from ApartmentList show the median cost of a two-bedroom unit is 13-hundred-and-50-dollars.  That's just a tenth of a point lower than the month before.  The most expensive median rents in the metro area are in Lone Tree and Parker at nearly two-thousand-dollars a month for a two-bedroom.
