A man in southern Colorado has pleaded guilty to ten misdemeanors and paid more than $8,000 in fines after Parks and Wildlife rangers found he had poisoned several wild animals. Rangers say the poison killed several bald eagles and other birds, along with foxes and coyotes. Officials say the poison used by John Divine, 77, had been banned by the EPA. The poisonings occurred in Saguache and Rio Grande counties.
