Charges are expected to be formally filed today against a Frederick man in connection with the deaths of his pregnant wife and young daughters. Chris Watts was arrested last week in the case. Investigators believe he killed Shanann Watts and the young girls before dumping their bodies. The remains of the two daughters were found in an oil tank. The judge in the case has denied a defense request to require the coroner to collect DNA from the necks of the young girls, suggesting the victims were strangled.
