Arvada Police Seek Help in Locating Dog Owner
On August 7, 2018 at 7 pm, a woman received a dog bite to the face. The incident took place on the patio of a local restaurant and bar in the area of 64th Ave and Ward Rd in Arvada. On the patio was a black and white Husky breed dog. The dog’s owner appears to be a blonde woman who is sitting at a table with two men.
The victim can be seen petting the dog when the dog bites the victim in the face, causing serious injuries. The victim’s boyfriend and the restaurant staff tend to the victim, who required eye surgery and potentially needs more operations in the future. The dog owner can be seen immediately leaving the patio and did not leave any information.
Police would like assistance in identifying the woman and the two men at the table with the dog. Anyone with information, please contact Animal Management Officer J. Schoepflin at 720-898-6856.
