VF Corp Makes Denver Its Base Camp

VF Corporation, one of the world's largest clothing, footwear and accessory companies in the world is moving its global headquarters to Denver in the Spring of next year. The company owns well known outdoor brand such as North Face, JanSport and Smartwool. 

The company is getting $27 million in growth incentive tax credits to come to Colorado.

Next Spring 85 top VF leaders will move from Greensboro, North Carolina to Denver and, over the next two years, the company is expected to bring 800 high paying jobs to Denver. The average salary is said to be over $185,000 dollar a year.

VF Corporation employs 70,000 people in operations in more than 170 countries. The company's global revenues were $11.8 billion last year.
