Colorado Leads U.S. For Active Wildfires

The state of Colorado is leading the U.S. when it comes to currently active wildfires.  The U.S. Forest Service says Colorado's 15 active fires count for nearly one-third of the wildfires being fought around the country.  The Spring Creek Fire in southern Colorado is currently the second-biggest active fire in the U.S.  The fire has burned nearly 108-thousand acres and is 77-percent contained.
