Three Held In Union Station Assault

An RTD-contracted security guard is due in court next week in connection with an alleged beating of a man in a Union Station bathroom.  The Denver District Attorney's office says James Hunter is being charged with first-degree assault and intimidating a witness or a victim.  Investigators say it started as a verbal confrontation on April 20th, which then turned violent.  Two other guards are also being held in connection with the case.
