A former teacher at Denver East High is accused of inviting her students to her home to smoke pot. 29 year old Rachel Farley has been arrested. She's accused of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Denver Police have been investigating her since February. At least nine high school students admitted they'd been at her home multiple times to smoke Marijuana.
