It's a girl and her name is Baby Ruth. That's the word from the Denver Zoo which says a two-toed sloth born in late January is a girl. It took a while to do the examinations to determine the animals sex. The Zoo invited a patient from Children's Hospital, Ellie Ferris, to reveal a banner with the sloth's sexual identity. Ferris is a sloth fanatic. Baby Ruth's mother is Charlotte. Mom and baby made their public debut on February 1st.
