A Mennonite woman who has refused to testify in a Denver death penalty case has changed her mind after spending two weeks in jail. Greta Lindecrantz was held in contempt of court for refusing to testify in the Robert Ray case. She says it goes against her religious beliefs. Lindecrantz was an investigator on the case. Her attorney says Lindecrantz changed her mind when she learned that her testimony could hurt Ray's likelihood of securing a legal remedy to spare his life. Her lawyer hopes to get her out of jail before Monday.
