Lawmakers Taking Up Cell Phone Bill

State lawmakers will be taking up a key measure today on cell phone use while behind the wheel.  The bill would require adult drivers to use a hands free device when making a call.  It goes before a state Senate committee this afternoon.  There's already a law on the books in Colorado that bans drivers under 18 from using cell phones while driving.
