Governor Hickenlooper will be at the state Capitol today, for his last State of the State address. It's his last such speech, as he'll be term-limited out of office early next year. Hickenlooper is expected to touch on the need to put more money forward to help Colorado's infrastructure. He'll also lay out his priorities for his final year in office.
