Xcel Energy to help restore power in Puerto Rico

Xcel Energy has shipped repair trucks on a barge to Puerto Rico and will be sending workers to help restore power there.   About 65 Xcel workers--including some from Colorado---will assist in a mountainous region of Puerto Rico.  Hundreds of thousands of people are still without power, nearly four months after Hurricane Maria.
