State Representative Could Face Felony Charge

District 63 representative Lori Saine was arrested at D.I.A Tuesday for possessing a gun.

The Republican lawmaker could face a felony charge for carrying a weapon in a transportation facility. The Denver District Attorney will decide on how the case proceeds.

Saine previously sponsored a bill to repeal prohibitions on ammunitions magazines.  It died in committee.
