LAUREN BOEBERT GOT SNOOPED ON BY BIDEN Apparently when Jack Smith was trying to stop Trump from beating Kamala Harris by investigating January 6th he overstepped his bounds quite a bit, that much does not seem to be in question. What seems to be in question is how far he actually went to investigate political opponents of the Democrats. Now Rep. Jim Jordan is in charge of investigating the investigation and he has requested information from Alpine Bank about who asked for what when it comes to the financial records of sitting Rep. Lauren Boebert, an ally of Donald Trump's. I find it hard to believe that Rep. Boebert's financial records would have any value in that investigation.
JIMMY KIMMEL SUCKS SO HARD And ABC, the company who allows him to represent them on their network, needs to check him hard. This is the same company that fired Roseanne Barr from HER OWN SHOW for making a racially charged tweet about Valerie Jarrett. So now that Kimmel has said Melania Trump was the "expectant widow" right before another assassination attempt, and then doubled down on it by saying this:
“It was not by any stretch of the definition a call to assassination,” Kimmel said. “And they know that. I’ve been very vocal for many years speaking out against gun violence, in particular.”
Kimmel added, “But I understand that the first lady had a stressful experience over the weekend.... And probably every weekend is pretty stressful in that house.”
The late-night host told Melania, “I agree that hateful and violent rhetoric is something we should reject. I do. And I think a great place to start to dial that back would be to have a conversation with your husband about it.”
It would be one thing if he were funny. But he's just a partisan hack on tv. And not even a good one. The question I have is why does ABC continue to let him spew his crap when no one is watching? ABC is making its choices but I hope rational Americans keep making there choice not to watch this clown. Is it worth it to reach just over 2 million people?
I'M OKAY WITH QUIETER DEPORTATIONS And you should be too as long as they keep happening. Markwayne Mullin, whose organization is currently unfunded because Democrats want to micromanage the way ICE operates, is facing a PR crisis and he's trying to fix it. This is a good thing. People need to respect the job that these men and women do and the Left has been writing the script on that for a while. What does this mean, practically?
Mullin told lawmakers at his confirmation hearing that he supports requiring immigration officers to obtain judicial warrants, signed by a federal judge, before entering private residences. That would reverse the agency’s guidance last year that officers could instead rely on administrative warrants approved by ICE officials, which legal analysts said violated constitutional due process rights.
Okay, that takes one knock off the table. The funny thing is that Mullins is getting fire from all sides. The Right is accusing him of going soft and not living up to Trump's promises. The Left says quieter enforcement isn't good enough. This just goes to show what a mess the Biden Admin created by opening the borders.
DEMOCRATS FINDING NEW WAYS TO RELEASE CRIMINALS Instead of finding ways to keep them in jail, but none of this should surprise you. Our prisons are full and instead of re opening private prisons to house people who have victimized someone, Democrats want to change the rules to let more criminals go. I would say this is unbelievable but if you've lived here for a while you know it's entirely on brand for them.. Read it here.

DENVER LOOKS AT 4AM CLOSING TIMES I remember when I was young and we went to bars that stayed open until 4am. Ahh, the good old days. Denver is thinking of making that switch. Now as a wiser and smarter person I'm definitely in the "nothing good happens after midnight" stage of life so I don't have a dog in this fight, but there has got to be a done of hard data on what happens in terms of drunk and drugged driving and violence related to such changes, perhaps we should look at that before we make the change?
PEOPLE FIGHTING OVER SEATS THEY BOUGHT SHOULD BE BANNED I'm making a whole list of new reasons people should get a lifetime ban from flying. It started with three idiot women who tried to run onboard without paying for bags. Now we have a man who INSISTED that he sit next to his fiancee on a flight delaying the departure for an HOUR. They were finally removed from the plane, but if his fiancee still marries him she's an idiot. NO FLIGHTS FOR YOU.
COSTCO SHOPPERS, IT'S TIME TAKE THE BLINDERS OFF I started to read this story because of my love for Costco and my dislike for Costco shoppers. They may be fine people outside Costco but inside, they are maniacs with giant carts. I did learn a new word from it, "meanderthals" which is the perfect name for the lookie loos not paying attention. We all need to do better in Costco, people, it's a magical place.
TAYLOR SWIFT WILL LEAD THE WAY ON AI Or rather protecting herself from AI. I've asked a couple of trademark attorneys about this and haven't gotten good answers, but I bet Taylor will. She is submitting two voices clips and one image for trademark protection that are specifically designed to prevent AI from being able to use her voice or image. If she is successful I am going to do the same thing. Not that I'm Taylor Swift famous, but my voice does have value.

They found him guilty of second degree murder instead. What a horrible story and a horrible way for this to all end.
