AN EMAIL GOT ME TO THINKING And I will share the exchange I just had with a listener because I think he asks a legit question here and it gave me pause before I responded. Here is the exchange:

So much I want to say but I can’t bring up every single issue. Just why can’t you, even as a Trump backer, give facts about both parties? Since I live in Colorado I feel obligated to keep up with Colorado events, news and commentary. To keep myself sane I just chuckle and laugh at your takes I disagree with. Yes I realize you’re fighting for your party, but leaving out relevant facts from both sides, Good and Bad, sucks. But oh well I have to listen anyways. I do appreciate the research you do and blog. Have a good day/evening.

First off, thanks for listening even though we don't agree. I have been very critical of Trump in the past. That being said, it is apparent to me that not only is Donald Trump running against Kamala, he's running against the media. And being at the Democratic National Convention and watching Democrat after Democrat say one blatant, easily demonstrably false thing after another only to have the media lap it up like it was God's word has me VERY frustrated. I HATE that Trump is the GOP candidate. HATE. IT. But what I hate more is when I see the country being sold a bill of goods about Kamala Harris that is fabricated out of whole cloth and being expected to take it. We are not seeing a fair and balanced process and yes, this is politics, but everyone in the country knows EVERY bad and stupid thing about Donald Trump. He's a not a man of good morals but I can tell you how he will govern because we've already lived through it. January 6th was a horrible stain on him and his followers but ultimately our system worked and he didn't establish himself as a dictator. I believe in our systems enough to put him back into office because I know how he will govern and his policies worked for this country. Kamala Harris is now allegedly against EVERYTHING she campaigned on in 2019. From banning fracking to Medicare for All that kills private insurance, to defunding the police, to getting rid of ICE, she held ALL those positions and now she says she wants to build a wall she called racist? She is a chameleon saying whatever she wants to get elected and the media is largely silent. So someone has to say it and right now it's me.
Thanks for weighing in and if we can get through this election, OR if the media starts treating Kamala Harris as a candidate instead of the Chosen One we can get back to normal programming.

THE DRAMA IN THE COLORADO GOP GOES TO COURT As the newly elected Chairman Eli Bremer is taking the voted out regime to court to force them to recognize the legitimacy of the vote to oust them. Read about the suit here. Jimmy Sengenberger wrote about the conflict and the refusal of Dave Williams to admit defeat here. I can only hope the court acts quickly so we can get this disposed of.
HONEY BOO BOO CAN'T FIND HOUSING And there is something wrong with this story but she still is saying what a lot of people have experienced, she just has a much bigger platform to say it. One thing I will say is that sometimes you gotta take the housing you can get, rather than the housing you want. And I wonder what kind of dog she has? If you are a renter you better know which breeds are going to make it hard to rent, just an fyi. Don't be getting a pit bull (not saying she has one, just making a bigger point) until you own your own place.

ABOUT VENEZUELAN GANGS IN AURORA I know it's shocking but 9News' Kyle Clark went after Republican woman Danielle's Jurinsky's claims that Venezuelan gangs took over apartment buildings in Aurora. Of course he did, Kyle can't let a conservative woman go unchallenged even when he's wrong. I am guessing he may realize he's wrong when he sees this video from an apartment complex in Aurora.
Jurinsky even helped an older woman being harassed by the gang at her apartment complex move out.
That's how we Colorado. I get why Mayor Mike Coffman says these apartment complexes are being condemned because of their slumlord owners, but they can ALSO have been taken over by Venezuelan gangs. Both of those things can be true at the same time, Kyle. I can't wait for him to correct the record by saying picking on these poor Venezuelan immigrants is xenophobic. Here is the story from ABC 7 about the Aurora PD admitting the gang is active in Aurora. Huh. I can't wait. CBS 4 knows what's up in Aurora, as they are actually reporting on the crimes shutting down businesses on Colfax.
THE FIRST GENTLEMAN CAN'T STAND THE SOCIAL MEDIA HEAT As he deactivated his Facebook account after going a few rounds with a rancher about wolves. He was sanctimonious and condescending in the exchange which was grabbed here before the deactivation. Sorry you're being faced with the consequences of your actions, Marlin.
AURARIA CAMPUS PROTESTERS WHINING ABOUT REPERCUSSIONS I love it when people say they are on the "right side of history" for taking a stand they view as brave but then don't want to face the consequences of their actions. No Letters from a Birmingham Jail for this set. A professor who inserted himself into the protest is now complaining that his charges weren't dropped like they have been other places. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
