Beef Sticks for Backpacks

Beef Sticks for Backpacks (BSFB) is a non-profit is an organization whose mission is to produce and distribute high quality beef sticks to Colorado backpack programs that help feed kids facing food insecurity on the weekends. BSFB is grateful for our sponsors in the farming and ranching community who help make our mission of helping feeding kids protein on the weekends possible. BSFB is proud to work with our farming and ranching community!

BSFB distributes 20,000 beef sticks around the state of Colorado every week and has donated over 2.5 million beef sticks since 2019. Each beef stick has 8 grams of protein and is produced by students at Colorado State University’s College of Animal Sciences. Every dollar raised helps BSFB to distribute 3 beef sticks to hungry kids.
