VEHICLE TITLE AND REGISTRATION ENTER THE 21ST CENTURY It always amazes me how states can complicate something simple and title registration is one of those things. I've lived in states where the dealership handles all that paperwork and they just mail you your tag and registration and now I can do that in Colorado too. This "paraprofessional" has been fired and arrested but the parents, who had been sounding the alarm for months, are now going to sue Littleton Public Schools for neglecting to investigate their claims. As they should. It's obvious if they had just checked into this right away this child and others would have been spared months of abuse at the hands of this monster. I hope she goes to jail.
ANOTHER BLACK EYE FOR RTD'S A TRAIN This story is almost comically bad. The A Line to the airport broke down near Central Park Station. RTD took SO LONG to dispatch a bus to get people off that they broke a window and jumped OFF the train and climbed a fence to get to the airport. They missed flights and hurt themselves jumping off the train. Read it here, it's quite the story.
WHERE WILL A MASSIVE ENCAMPMENT GO? There is a huge homeless tent city at Navajo and 8th that has been there for some time. In a meeting with residents the Mayor said the camp will be shut down but that housing is not available for the people in the camp. The residents, rightly so, fear that the encampment will just pop up around the corner or show back up again after the cleanup. Here's a thought: arrest people there selling drugs and doing drugs out in the open. Ask them if they want treatment or jail. That's a start.

Now she's trying to pivot to "the people know best" which is weak sauce. Republicans better get this together and get it together quick. The only good news about these moves to put abortion in state constitutions is it pretty much takes the issue off the table as a talking point.
